Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Assist farm input business verticals in brand communication, messaging, and product promotions.
• Lead branding, advertising, and BTL/ATL promotional activities to enhance visibility and penetration.
• Guide and support the operations teams in aligning with the brand’s goals and marketing strategies.
• Sync with sales team and monitor service delivery to our retail partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
